About the Company

Integrity Recruitment is working with a well-established Masterton business that is looking for a practically minded tradesperson to join their small, close-knit team. This role offers great variety from manufacturing and installing new garage and security doors to repairing, maintaining, and mentoring apprentices along the way.

About the Role

You’ll be hands-on across all aspects of the business, including:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors, security doors, and fly screens
• Site measuring and discussing requirements directly with customers
• Manufacturing and setting up new doors and screens
• Ensuring work meets job sheet specifications and high-quality standards
• Helping to train and support apprentices
• Managing your time effectively to complete scheduled jobs

What You’ll Bring

• We’re looking for someone who is:
• Practically minded, ideally with a trade background (builder, carpenter, or similar)
• Physically strong and comfortable lifting doors and working on ladders
• A positive team player with a respectful, can-do attitude
• Holder of a clean driver’s licence (travel within Wairarapa, Wellington, and further afield required)
• Willing to share skills and support apprentice training
