About the Role

The Development Team Leader is a hands-on, pivotal role, leading the IT team while ensuring the smooth operation and growth of its IT products. This role blends strategic oversight with operational execution, driving product development, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Development Team Leader will:

• Lead and mentor the IT team and oversee internal projects such as the CRM and website.
• Manage GOSH, ensuring seamless operation, troubleshooting, and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with clients, scoping requirements and implementing changes, including API integrations and custom configurations.
• Implement IT methodologies and structures to ensure efficient delivery and best practice as the company grows.
• Work closely with the Chief Product Officer and Customer Experience Manager to monitor workflows and project delivery.
• Deliver tested, secure code and support bespoke development work while liaising with external IT providers.

This role combines leadership with hands-on technical work and contributes to
billable hours where required.
